Return & Refund Policy

At LanaCrocheting, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted nursery treasures. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns on standard items. To initiate a return, please follow these timelines:

  • Notification: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.

  • Shipping: Items must be dispatched back to our studio within 30 days of delivery.

2. Condition of Returns

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

  • Loss in Value: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Payment Method: Approved refunds will be automatically issued to the original account or payment method from which the payment was received. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Any mobile or toy created with specific custom colors, names, or unique themes.

5. Cancellations & Order Problems

  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as work on your made-to-order item often begins immediately.

  • Order Issues: If you have any problems with your order, such as damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
