1. Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

Every item is a unique embodiment of love and warmth.

 

  • Time to Create: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to hand-stitch and prepare your order for dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We ship all domestic orders from our UK studio using a reliable, tracked service.

  • Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

  • Cost: Enjoy Complimentary Free UK Delivery on our entire collection.

     

3. International Shipping

We are delighted to send our artisan mobiles to selected countries worldwide.

  • Eligible Destinations: USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • USA: 1–2 weeks

    • Canada: 1–3 weeks

    • Australia & New Zealand: 2–3 weeks

    • Singapore: 2–3 weeks

Please Note: While we do our best to meet these estimates, international delivery times are not guaranteed as they may be influenced by customs processing delays.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • General Policy: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their specific country.

  • For US Customers: To ensure a seamless gifting experience, all tariffs and import fees are included in your purchase price. You will face no extra charges or "fees at the door" upon delivery.

5. Tracking Your Heirloom

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your mobile’s journey from our studio to your nursery.
