SHIPPING POLICY

All our items are made to order.  Usually it takes 3-5 business days to prepare an order for shipping.

The orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

    🚚 Domestic UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Average delivery term is 2-3 business days.

    ✈️🌎 International shipping is available to selected countries: USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand. Customers in the European Union can place their order through our Etsy shop LanacrochetingHOME, where all EU orders are processed.

    📅 Estimated delivery times:
USA: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them because international shipments may be delayed because of customs processing.

    🛃 Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

         For US customers: Tariffs and import fees are included - no extra charges at delivery.
